The Town of Sutton takes up the Dandelion Challenge again!

Started last year in Sutton, the Dandelion Challenge invites citizens and municipalities not to mow the lawn during the month of May, as long as the dandelions are not withered. This is to allow pollinating insects to feed abundantly on their pollen and nectar, which are essential to their development.

The Town will not mow its municipal lawns, with the exception of the soccer and baseball fields.

Join the Challenge if you have grass in your home!

If you would like to print the Dandelion Challenge poster to put in your window or on your lawn, you can download it here. We can also print them on request at the Town Hall reception,
