Western Street reconstruction site – Work Info as of June 21, 2024

The Public Works and Fixed Assets Department wishes to provide you with this important update for the upcoming week of june 24th.

In the southern parking lot of Goyette Hill Park: the parking lot remains closed all week.

In the northing parking lot of Goyette Hill Park: the parking lot remains closed all week.

Park users will be able to enter the park via the bicycle path. The use of alternative parking is mandatory.

Phase 2 continues: removal of asphalt and laying of water and sewer pipes.

Period: from June 17 to July 5 (3 weeks)

Restrictions: complete closure of Western Street. The intersection of Principale Nord Street and Western Street is accessible to local residents only.

• Detours via Pleasant Street (Road 215), Academy Street and Principale Nord Street.

Work may be modified or cancelled due to operational constraints or weather conditions.
