Zone-Éco, Cowansville’s ecocenter, is closed indefinitely

The Brome-Missisquoi MRC wishes to inform the citizens of Sutton of the closure of the Zone-Éco site, which manages residual materials for neighboring municipalities.

This implies a complete shutdown of all their services, including the regional ecocenter in Cowansville, the composting platform and the landfill site.

This will have no impact on daily collections of garbage and residual materials such as compost, as the Public Works and Fixed Assets Department has made the necessary arrangements to ensure continuity of this service to the population.

Please note that the Cowansville regional ecocenter remains closed indefinitely.
