The Town Hall reopens to the public by appointment!

Starting Monday, February 22, the Town Hall will once again welcome visitors who have made an appointment.

Until now, only specific appointments could be made in person (e.g. swearing-in, signatures in town planning), but the town administration has decided to reopen the doors of all its services to the public on condition of having obtained an appointment in advance since the staff is still teleworking.

“We are currently living in a special period where human contact is becoming increasingly rare and it is difficult both for citizens and for all administrative staff,” said the Director General, Mr. Pascal Smith. I would like to thank the population for their understanding and patience with our staff who have been able to adapt and provide uninterrupted high-level service despite these unusual circumstances. “

The meetings will take place in one of the meeting rooms of the town hall and all the sanitary measures in force will be applied. The reception desk remains for the moment closed to visitors without an appointment to avoid the risk of contamination, but the receptionist continues to serve the public on the phone, answer the intercom and take any mail left in the letter box outside.

We look forward to seeing you soon in your Town Hall!
